Statements by White House officials will not affect changes in the mobilization age in Ukraine. This was reported by Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine, Minister of Justice Olha Stefanishyna during the forum "Law and Justice: Strengthening Cooperation in Times of War" on Monday, UNN correspondent reports.

"I want us to clearly understand that this is not a position or a statement - this is reality. The reality is that the decisions that are communicated and the decisions that are made by the state, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, are primarily a great responsibility for the lives of every Ukrainian, so they cannot be dictated by statements by White House officials or anyone else," the Vice Prime Minister said.
Stefanyshyna also added that planning in the Armed Forces is possible provided that all components related to training, mobilization and supply of soldiers are properly provided and available
The Vice Prime Minister noted that she personally perceives statements by Western officials about lowering the mobilization age in Ukraine as a desire to absolve themselves of responsibility for previous agreements.
"That's why, of course, we are communicating this issue quite sharply in public," emphasized Olga Stefanishyna.
