The gasoline shortage in the temporarily occupied Crimea is worsening due to Ukrainian long- and medium-range strikes. This is stated in a report by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), UNN reports.

Experts emphasize that occupied Crimea is beginning to experience shortages of basic goods and materials in addition to gasoline. For instance, Russian opposition media outlets report that Crimeans have begun complaining about supply disruptions to stores and related restrictions on the sale of certain basic goods, such as buckwheat, sugar, rice, and flour.
The Russian opposition source "Astra" reported on June 7 that the occupation authorities in Crimea are trying to hide the cause of the food and gasoline shortages, claiming that natural lulls in harvest cycles are temporarily reducing the availability of some products
They predict that successful Ukrainian strikes on Russian transport arteries in the TOT will likely have an increasing impact on Russia's ability to supply the occupied territories with essential goods.
