"Human rights violations by TCR employees: the number is growing, the nature is changing. In 2025, the number of appeals and media reports of human rights violations during mobilization measures by TCR employees increased. And the trend continues," Lubinets said in Telegram.
In total, during these 2.5 months, according to him, the Ombudsman's office "received more than 40 individual appeals regarding violations in the Kharkiv region: denial of access to lawyers, use of force, weapons and other special means, non-acceptance of documents and other violations".
According to him, each such case does not go unnoticed and the office immediately responds to such incidents to ensure respect for human rights.
"Recently, at least 3 videos have been posted in the media showing cyclists being hit by a car and then people in uniform using force and placing these cyclists in cars," Lubinets continued.
"I emphasize that such actions are unacceptable and require a response," the Ombudsman summarized.
