This was stated by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi following the meeting between Xi Jinping and Donald Trump, UNN reports with reference to Xinhua.
According to Wang Yi, during the negotiations, the parties discussed international and regional issues, including the Russian Federation's war against Ukraine.

Wang Yi also called the meeting between Trump and Xi "historic" and stated that the parties agreed on a new format of relations – "constructive strategic stability" between the US and China.
