The Main Intelligence Directorate evacuated 15 kittens from Zmeinyi Island before the cold weather, UNN reports.

Soldiers of the "Timur Special Forces" of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine decided to help 15 animals during a patrol and evacuated them from Zmiinyi Island to the mainland.
The rescued cats were taken to Sirius, one of the largest animal shelters in Ukraine.
After adaptation, anyone will be able to adopt one of these cats from Zmeinyi by registering guardianship through the Sirius shelter, which is engaged in their adoption.

Ukraine is launching the Unified State Register of Pets. The launch will be carried out in two stages: first, authorization of veterinarians, and then registration of animals.
