The Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine presented an action algorithm and state support programs for enterprises in Kyiv and the Kyiv region that suffered as a result of Russian attacks. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy, according to UNN.

During a meeting with business representatives, Deputy Minister Taras Vysotskyi presented three main tools for assisting enterprises.
Grants up to 16 million UAH and compensation for losses
One of the mechanisms involves grants for the restoration of manufacturing enterprises in the processing industry.
Under the program, a business can receive up to 16 million hryvnias, with the state covering up to 80% of the project cost.
There is also a program for compensating losses from war risks.
It provides for:
- compensation for damaged or destroyed property up to 30 million hryvnias;
- partial coverage of war risk insurance costs - up to 3 million hryvnias.
The "Tochka Opory" (Point of Support) program for enterprises during downtime
Separately, the ministry presented the "Tochka Opory" program for companies forced to temporarily suspend operations due to shelling.
The program provides compensation for part of employees' salaries and the Unified Social Tax (ESV) during downtime or enterprise relocation.
For Kyiv and the Kyiv region, a clear action algorithm has already been developed for enterprises affected by enemy attacks. Our task is to ensure that every entrepreneur knows where to turn, how to quickly receive assistance, and which state tools are already working to restore economic activity. The state is ready to support business even in the most difficult conditions
Regions urged to spread information about assistance
The Deputy Minister also called on representatives of military administrations to more actively inform entrepreneurs about available support programs and assist businesses with the preparation of applications for aid.
