The wife of the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate Kirill Budanov , Marianna, was poisoned with heavy metals, Suspilne reports, citing law enforcement sources, UNN writes.

According to sources, Marianna Budanova was diagnosed with heavy metal poisoning.

Earlier, Budanov saidthat his wife lives with him in the GUR office and is with him "24/7". At the same time, she does not work for the GUR, he said in an interview with Radio Liberty in late August.
