The European Commission has refuted the IEA's statement about kerosene reserves running out in six weeks. Currently, there are no signs of a systemic shortage or a threat of flight cancellations.

The European Commission has stated that the EU is not facing a shortage of kerosene, which is the basis for jet fuel, despite warnings from the head of the International Energy Agency that supplies could run out within weeks amid the conflict in the Middle East, UNN reports with reference to Euractiv.
