Deputies of the Brovary City Council approved an appeal to the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and the communities of the twin cities to support the Victory Plan presented by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. This was announced by the mayor of Brovary, Ihor Sapozhko, UNN reports .
"We call on partner communities in the United States, France, Poland, Germany, Croatia, Italy, and Estonia to join us in promoting it (the Victory Plan - ed.). The entire progressive world, the entire European community should support us in our desire to live, work and develop in a peaceful, just and civilized world," said Ihor Sapozhko.
He added that the Victory Plan is a strategic document developed by the team of the President of Ukraine together with the allied countries. "Its implementation is crucial not only for the future of Ukraine, but also for the security stability of Europe and the world," emphasized Ihor Sapozhko.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy will present the Victory Plan to the Verkhovna Rada . According to the President, the Plan consists of five points and three secret annexes.
Point one is geopolitical.
Items two and three are military.
Point four is economic.
Point five of the Victory Plan is security.
The points are timed. The first four are for the time of the war to end it. The fifth point is for the time after the war to guarantee security.
