It is reported that at the level of the law, the following categories of IDPs will have a priority right to receive compensation for destroyed real estate objects::
▪️have reached retirement age;
▪have a dependent child under the age of six;
▪️raise a child under the age of 14 without one of their spouses.
By the 2nd reading, the list of categories of IDP persons who have a priority right to receive compensation for destroyed real estate is being supplemented:
▪have two or more dependent children;
▪️are ' single mothers (fathers) raising a minor child without a father (mother);
▪️ are ' persons with disabilities of Group III;
▪️ have a dependent child under the age of six, are adoptive parents of the child, guardians or guardians of the child, foster carers, foster parents or parents-carers;
▪have a dependent child who suffers from serious illnesses.
