Under the public accusation of juvenile prosecutors, the man was found guilty of raping a minor (Part 3 of Article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). He was sentenced to nine years of imprisonment
It is reported that the prosecutors proved in court that the convicted person systematically raped his minor daughter from 2016 to 2019.
Later, the girl became pregnant and gave birth to a child from her father
During the trial, the man did not admit the fact of rape. He claimed that everything happened with voluntary consent. The daughter allegedly gave birth to a child from him when she was already an adult.
However, despite the man's denial of his guilt and the victim's refusal of previous testimony, the prosecutor provided sufficient evidence of his involvement in the commission of the incriminated offense.
"The man will remain in custody until the verdict comes into force," the prosecutor's office said.

In the Kirovohrad region, the accused Mykola Serednytskyi was found guilty of the murder and rape of 16-year-old Diana Khrynenko.
"... a local resident was found guilty of murder combined with rape, attempted sexual assault and secret theft of another's property..." - the Kirovohrad Regional Prosecutor's Office said.
