Today at 6:50 AM, I was at home in Kyiv. Together with my neighbors, we spotted an unknown citizen who tried to smash the window of the car I use with a brick. Next to him, I noticed a canister with an unknown mixture. I ran after him, and he started to flee. About two hundred meters from the scene, I managed to catch up with him. A police investigative team is currently working at the scene. There are witnesses. The perpetrator was detained. As it turned out, he is a native of Luhansk Oblast.
He believes that the man's actions are nothing more than an attempt to set fire to the car, and is convinced that this is "a clear attempt at intimidation" solely because of his position, probably in the fight against the Moscow Patriarchate church.

It is likely that this is the approach where socially vulnerable individuals are chosen and given appropriate tasks.
