The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine thanked the EU for approving the allocation of an additional 5 billion euros for military assistance to Ukraine. UNN reports this with reference to the Ministry of Defense's post on social network X. 

The EU ambassadors agreed to increase by 5 billion euros the European Peace Fund, which is used to finance the supply of weapons to Ukraine. We are grateful to our European partners for their continued support. Together we will restore a stable and just peace in Europe
