Sarantsev reminded that the territory of the aggregate plant in Vovchansk was seized at the beginning of the Kharkiv escalation.
"It was and still is under Russian control. This territory itself is cut off from the main enemy forces. The approaches to the plant and the plant itself are under the fire control of the Defense Forces, and there is no advance of enemy troops in the area," Sarantsev said.
