The Kremlin has stepped up efforts to spread propaganda abroad through Telegram channels, websites and blogs.
Instagram Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram accounts have been blocked by the EU and the United States from broadcasting Sputnik and rt channels for "systematic manipulation of information and disinformation", the media resources of the Russian Federation have found a way that will probably allow them to increase their audience.

About 15.7 million users may be their audience, but it should be noted that subscribers of different public sites may overlap.

The German Druzhba project is engaged in the dissemination of Kremlin narratives, - messages from other propaganda resources translated into German, English and Bulgarian. The network is linked to the Russian House in Berlin, the right-wing Alternative for Germany party.

ukrleaks – this grid is run by former SBU officer Vasily Prozorov. In April 2022, he created a German channel, and the following month, a French one.
The hundred cited resources include "military commanders", propagandists and media from Russia (Rybar, Ruslan Ostashko and Sergey Mardan, close to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, TASS, etc.).
