The Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, Ruslan Kravchenko, held a meeting with businesses in the Chernivtsi region. They discussed the implementation of e-audit and submission of files in SAF-T UA format. Currently, 34 payers have already submitted more than 80 files for e-audit verification. Kravchenko announced this on his Telegram channel, UNN reports.
Chernivtsi region is the seventh region that I have visited together with the STS team since the beginning of this year. I already feel the result of constant communication with payers. We held an open dialogue with more than 40 business representatives with the participation of the head of the Chernivtsi Regional State Administration, Ruslan Zaparanuk. According to him, despite the war, economic instability and daily challenges, the number of business entities in the region is growing, as well as budget revenues, personal income tax, and the tax service has intensified support for payers.

The issues of implementation of e-audit and submission of files in SAF-T UA format were discussed. This is a modern standard of tax reporting, which is gradually being introduced in Ukraine. But businesses already have concerns about liability for non-submission. I reassured them. Currently, there is no liability for non-submission of files in SAF-T UA format, as its implementation is still in test mode for all taxpayers
He notes that the State Tax Service is already testing e-audit and accepting SAF-T UA files.
Currently, 34 payers have already submitted more than 80 files. A platform has been created on the Google Chat platform for communication with taxpayers and the software developer regarding the formation of SAF-T UA. The tax service has also provided all payers with the technical capability to test SAF-T UA through the "Electronic Cabinet
Also, according to him, other problems were discussed:
- blocking of tax invoices. The Chernivtsi region has one of the lowest rates among the regions – 0.24%. The average for Ukraine is 0.39%;
- risky enterprises — the number is decreasing — since the beginning of the year, thanks to a change in approaches, the figure has decreased by almost a third;
- anti-corruption issues — transparency must be not in words, but in deeds;
- club of white business — business everywhere emphasizes the need to revise the criteria. So that others who work in the legal field and pay taxes can join the club.
