Accounts for the bail of the former Head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak, have already received 14.5 million UAH. The HACC press service reported that funds have begun to arrive, and according to preliminary data, contributions were made by two individuals, though their names are currently unknown. This was reported to a journalist from UNN by the press service of the High Anti-Corruption Court.

"Funds have started arriving now. There are fourteen and a half million hryvnias in our accounts," the HACC press service reported.
Furthermore, according to preliminary data as of now, two individuals have deposited funds, but the press service does not yet know specifically who they are.

Meanwhile, two individuals have announced the payment or intention to pay the bail money.
Ukrainian actor, poet, economist, and public figure Hryhoriy Hryshkan reported on his Instagram page that he has already transferred the first part of the bail funds for Andriy Yermak. He also attached a photo of a receipt confirming this to the post.
"The first bail payment in the amount of 666.00 UAH for Andriy Borysovych has already been sent personally from me," Hryhoriy Hryshkan wrote.
In addition, the former Head of the OP was supported by Roza Tapanova, a member of the supervisory board at JSC "Oschadbank," who stated on her Facebook page that she decided to deposit 8 million UAH into a special deposit account to form the bail.
"I have made the decision to deposit 8,000,000 UAH into a special deposit account to form the bail, which was determined by the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court as a preventive measure for Andriy Borysovych Yermak. The specified amount of money is part of my official income, which is listed in my annual declaration. I consider this appropriate to ensure the constitutional right to defense and to support the principle of the presumption of innocence," Tapanova stated.

On May 14, 2026, a HACC judge ordered detention for former OP Head Yermak with the possibility of 140 million UAH bail. SAPO prosecutors had requested the amount be set at 180 million hryvnias.
Following the court's decision, Yermak stated that he does not have the necessary amount for bail and will file an appeal.
