A new mural in support of captured Mariupol defenders has appeared on Kyiv's Podilska embankment. This was reported by the Mariupol City Council, according to UNN.

A new mural in support of the captured defenders of Mariupol has appeared near the stairs of the lower tier of the Podil embankment. The mural is based on a drawing by illustrator Anna Bilyaeva, the wife of one of the prisoners of war. The project was brought to life by Dynamo Kyiv fans and volunteers.

"The creation of the mural was initiated by the wives of prisoners of war from the Azov Brigade. In this way, they want to remind that the defenders have been in Russian captivity for almost 19 months," the statement said.
