President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that he is not going to Washington at the moment. He said this at a press conference after meeting with leaders in Paris, reports UNN.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the US is constantly changing the terms of the agreement on mineral resources. He stressed the need for a detailed study of the agreement by lawyers.

Today, MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported that the US has offered Ukraine an agreement that allows the extraction of all minerals on its territory. The agreement will be managed by 5 people, 3 of whom are from the US with the right of veto, without security guarantees.
According to Zheleznyak, the document has 18 sections, the agreement contains the following points:
- management of 5 people, 3 of them from the USA with full veto power;
- we are already talking about all minerals. Both new and existing. That is, there are oil and gas;
- throughout Ukraine;
- we are talking about extraction by both state and private companies;
- money is converted immediately into currency;
- the fund's money is taken abroad.
- the US contribution is the assistance we have already provided since 2022. Americans may receive profit at their own discretion. And they receive «royalties» from the Fund first (and then Ukraine) +4%;
- the agreement is valid indefinitely, only with the permission of the Americans can changes or termination of the agreement be made;
- rights of "first night" to all new infrastructure projects and the right of veto on the sale of resources to other countries.
