President Zelenskyy confirmed strikes on two Russian oil refineries in Saratov and Tatarstan. He stated that Ukraine is fairly responding to attacks and the prolongation of the war.

Today, Ukraine's long-range sanctions reached approximately 1,500 km from the front line — the Saratov region, Tatarstan, and Bashkortostan, and Ukraine is fully justified in responding to Russia's strikes and its prolongation of the war, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the new strikes on two Russian oil refineries, reports UNN.

Ukraine is fully justified in responding to Russia's strikes on our country and its prolongation of the war. Today, our long-range sanctions reached the Saratov region, Tatarstan, and Bashkortostan, a distance from the front line of about 800, 1,400, and 1,500 kilometers. Also — the Voronezh region, which is about 300 kilometers from our border. Thank you for the precision to the warriors of the SBS and SSO of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the SBU, and our intelligence services

- Zelenskyy wrote.

The President confirmed: "The Saratov oil refinery was hit. SSO warriors struck an oil refinery in Tatarstan."

"Russians must feel that their state is waging this war. Thank you to everyone who helps defend Ukraine!" - Zelenskyy emphasized.

Reminder

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that Russia has lost its territorial advantage — the deep rear. The head of state made this statement after Ukrainian drones struck an oil refinery in Siberia. This refers to the Omsk Oil Refinery, located at a distance of over 2,500 km in a straight line from the Ukrainian border.

Chief designer of Fire Point, Denys Shtilerman, said that during the attack on the Omsk Oil Refinery, a new modification of the Ukrainian long-range drone FP-1 was used. This refinery became the farthest target deep inside Russia that was hit by drones launched from Ukraine.

Currently, there is not a single major oil refinery left on the territory of Russia that has not been struck by Ukrainian attack UAVs.
