Defense Minister Rustem Umerov said that the ministry has proposals that will be discussed in the Cabinet of Ministers to implement reforms so that in the future there will be no so-called “busification”, when men are forcibly mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces. It all depends on the enemy, what threats the enemy poses. The enemy is now planning to increase its personnel. We are holding the frontline, adding humanity to our mobilization, introducing, as you know, the law, opening recruitment centers, digitalizing to have digital tools so that people know they have a choice. We will also work for those Ukrainians who are outside our country, so that they also have a choice to join the army. The defense of our country is now an important priority for us, so we plan to move away from these painful issues for the population (the issue of “busification” - ed.). To resolve this issue, we have proposals that we will discuss in the Cabinet of Ministers to propose the following reform

MP Yulia Yatsyk, who is a member of the provisional investigative commission for the protection of the rights of servicemen, said that a report has been submitted proposing to disband the TCC. According to her, more than 10 full-fledged brigades could be created out of the current number of military personnel of the TCC.
