In October, President Zelensky reportedthat Ukraine was preparing to hold a second Peace Summit even without fulfilling the points of the Victory Plan.
The head of the President's Office stated in August that the Ukrainian side would like the next Peace Summit to be held in one of the countries of the Global South, but the place has not been determined, because the main condition for its holding is the readiness of a joint plan, which is already being worked on.
