Yesterday, while monitoring internet resources, law enforcement officers discovered a video showing an unidentified man walking along Khreshchatyk without clothes. Video of the incident quickly spread on social media.
Law enforcement officers identified the offender and drew up an administrative report against him under Art. 173 of the Code of Administrative Offenses – petty hooliganism.
During the interaction with law enforcement, the man was in an agitated state, so he was subsequently handed over to doctors to provide the necessary assistance.
