In Liuboml, in the Kovel district of the Volyn region, an emergency occurred that could have had serious consequences if not for the quick response of the emergency services. A two-year-old boy was trapped in an apartment whose door was locked after his mother went to the stairwell. The lock was jammed and the woman could not return to her home.
Fortunately, rescuers quickly arrived at the scene, unlocked the door lock and freed the baby. They then handed the boy over to his worried mother.
