The Vadym Stolar Charitable Foundation has opened a call for applications for Ukrainians affected by Russian air attacks to participate in the Restore project.

The decision was made immediately after the large-scale Russian shelling on July 8, 2024, when enemy missiles attacked several Ukrainian cities and caused destruction, including the Okhmatdyt Medical Center, the largest children's hospital in Ukraine. The next day, the founder of the Foundation, Vadym Stolar, announced the provision of assistance in the amount of UAH 10,000,000. Of this amount, UAH 5,000,000 was transferred to restore the Okhmatdyt Medical Center, and another UAH 5,000,000 was allocated for psycho-emotional assistance to Ukrainians affected by the air attacks as part of the Restore project .

The Vadym Stolar Foundation has been implementing the Restore project for more than two years, almost since the beginning of large-scale Russian aggression. Within the framework of this project, various categories of war-affected Ukrainians receive psychological assistance and emotional reboot in the safest and most beautiful places in Ukraine. In total, almost 2,000 Ukrainian families have received such assistance since the project's inception.

"Through the Restore project, we have been providing psychological and emotional support to families with children who have lost a parent in the war or have lost their homes since 2022. Now we are expanding our project and accepting applications from families with children under 18 who have been affected by attacks by Russian missiles and drones. In particular, we invite families who have suffered the death or serious injury of loved ones or lost their homes to register," said Natalia Prykhodko, a volunteer with the Foundation.

"The massive missile attacks on Ukrainian cities have once again demonstrated the inhuman nature of the war waged against us by the Russian aggressor. They showed the whole world the cruelty and unscrupulousness of our enemy, who fired missiles at a children's hospital, a mother and child center, and multi-storey residential buildings. They also once again showed the character and mutual assistance of Ukrainians, who immediately began to clear the rubble, rescue the victims and raise funds to repair the children's hospital. I couldn't stand aside and joined the nationwide collection for the restoration of the Okhmatdyt Medical Center. But, in addition, I decided to send additional funds to the Vindyvnytsia project and, together with the team of our Foundation, to conduct rehabilitation activities for all victims of Russian air attacks. Not only in Kyiv, and not only on July 8," said Vadym Stolar .
