As part of the "++ for the Armed Forces" project, Ukrainian defenders can receive seasonal equipment from the Vadym Stolar Foundation, which has opened a call for applications at the link. Each set to be provided to the soldiers will include a tactical backpack, a set of uniforms, a set of thermal underwear, demi-season boots, socks and balaclavas. This is stated in a message on the Foundation's website, UNN reports.
"Every time we take an individual approach to equipping the military. Each item of equipment is selected according to the stated physical characteristics of our defenders. This allows us to provide them with maximum mobility and comfort," said Natalia Prykhodko, a volunteer with the Foundation.
According to her, this approach has been practiced every season since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion and has earned the approval of Ukrainian soldiers.
"Supporting our defenders is one of the priorities of our Foundation. Along with the supply of specialized vehicles and high-tech equipment, we are mindful of the constant need for comfortable and high-quality equipment and gear for the military. That is why we have made it a rule to regularly send sets of clothing and equipment as part of the ++ for the Armed Forces project," said Vadym Stolar, founder of the Foundation.
Military personnel can apply for equipment at link.
In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the defenders have received from the Vadym Stolar Foundation about 50 thousand pieces of various military equipment, tools and gear, 700 pieces of high-tech equipment, including drones and anti-drone systems, 75 pickup trucks, off-road vehicles, armored cars, vibratory rollers and motor boats.
