It is noted that the meeting will begin at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (5:00 PM Kyiv time). The speakers from the UN Secretariat will be the head of the Department of Political Affairs, Kayoko Goto, and the acting Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, Indrika Ratwatte.
