Employees of "Ukrzaliznytsia" constantly monitor queues at railway stations, tickets can be purchased in an average of 15 minutes. If the passenger is late, the documents are processed on the train. The company's specialists and SBU employees are restoring the system. This was announced by the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" Oleksandr Pertsovskyi on the air of the telethon, reports UNN correspondent.

When asked when Ukrzaliznytsia will be able to continue providing online ticket sales services, Oleksandr Pertsovskyi replied:

"I don't want to give a specific date. If people are planning to travel today, I suggest planning a trip to the ticket office. And if the trip is planned for tomorrow or later, we expect that the work of online services will be restored."

According to him, special specialists, "angels of railway stations", work in the halls at the railway stations, who manage the queue, provide priority places in the queue to servicemen, passengers with children and people with disabilities.

Those who arrive at the station and do not have time to buy a ticket at the ticket office before the train departs, our employee takes them directly to the train. All crews are instructed and can seat the passenger on the spot and issue a ticket. The same applies to small settlements where ticket offices are not functioning today, we also recommend that these passengers approach the trains directly. Despite the cyber attack, all trains are running on schedule. Trains that had certain electronic systems have been transferred to a backup format. No train has been cancelled

- added Pertsovskyi.

If you are suddenly refused to buy a ticket on the train, Ukrainians are advised to contact the train chief first. If there is no reaction, contact the hotline or social media chats, which are monitored 24/7.

"If you managed to buy a ticket online, you do not need to print it out. Scanning and synchronization of the ticket will not work, but the conductor must put the passenger on the train using the image of the ticket itself. Even if there is only a receipt for payment and you have lost the ticket, the conductors will be able to put you on the train. After all, the system in which the databases of all sold seats are stored withstood the cyber attack," the chairman of the board of "Ukrzaliznytsia" said.
