The soldiers of the 73rd Naval Center of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled an assault by North Korean military at the positions of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk region of Russia.
This is reported by UNN with reference to the TG channel of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
During the attempted hostile assault, the SAF operators opened fire from an MK-19 automatic easel grenade launcher and also carried out a series of drone drops
During the attack, the SDF operators killed 12 North Koreans and wounded 20. They also helped a wounded Ukrainian infantryman and evacuated him from the battlefield.
