Recall

Lieutenant Colonel Matthias Puusepp, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Estonian Defense Forces, said that Ukraine was able to conceal its plans to prepare for the operation in the Kursk region, which resulted in the effect of surprise. In view of this, Russia is currently unable to launch a counteroffensive in the Kursk region.
