Ukraine receives over 90% of its anti-ballistic capabilities through the PURL initiative. Fedorov discussed the supply of PAC-2 and PAC-3 missiles with US Congressmen.

Ukraine currently receives over 90% of all its anti-ballistic capabilities through the PURL initiative, while ballistic missiles remain one of the main challenges for protecting Ukrainian skies. This was reported by Ukraine's Minister of Defense Mykhailo Fedorov after a meeting with U.S. Congressional representatives Richard Blumenthal and Jim Himes, according to UNN.

According to Fedorov, during the negotiations, the parties discussed strategic priorities for defense support to Ukraine, including air defense issues, technological cooperation, and strengthening the front line.

Ballistics remain one of the greatest challenges for protecting Ukrainian skies. That is why it is critically important to continue the supply of PAC-2 GEM-T and PAC-3 missiles, as well as to develop the PURL mechanism. Today, through the PURL initiative, Ukraine receives over 90% of all anti-ballistic capabilities

- the minister noted.

Fedorov also reported that Ukraine continues to build up its air defense capabilities and adapt to new types of Russian attacks.

In the air, we are increasing interception rates, scaling "small" air defense, interceptor drones, and adapting solutions to new types of Russian missiles and their employment tactics

 - he stated.

Separately, the minister emphasized the situation at the front and strikes on Russian logistics.

On the ground, we are seizing the initiative, destroying Russian logistics, and scaling middle-strike and technological solutions to deter the enemy. In the economic domain, the Ukrainian military continues deep strikes against facilities that provide Russia with the ability to wage and finance the war

- Fedorov reported.

The parties also discussed the development of defense-technological cooperation between Ukraine and the United States.

Ukraine is already testing partners' technologies in the real conditions of modern warfare and helping to quickly identify solutions that truly work on the battlefield. In parallel, we are training AI models on unique combat data — this opens up a new level of cooperation and scaling of effective defense tech solutions

- the minister emphasized.

Fedorov thanked the U.S. for its support of Ukraine and noted that cooperation continues to strengthen the Defense Forces and end the war "in a strong position."
