After an overnight flight from the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer arrived in Kyiv.

He was met by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Yevhen Perebyinis and Director of Protocol Olena Yalova.

Starmer arrived just hours after reports of Russian strikes on the Ukrainian capital.
