In Kyiv, law enforcement officers announced suspicion to two residents of Volyn Oblast, aged 18 and 19. They are suspected of aiding fraud under the guise of manufacturing drones to order, UNN reports with reference to the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.

The investigation established that the suspects published advertisements on the Internet offering to manufacture UAVs of a well-known Ukrainian brand. Customers were supposed to transfer an advance payment to the accounts of individual entrepreneurs, after which communication with them was interrupted, the prosecutor's office stated.
In total, the defendants illegally obtained over 600,000 hryvnias.
The actions of the two suspects are classified as complicity in fraud committed by a group of persons under martial law on a large scale (Part 5, Article 27, Part 4, Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
The sanction of the articles provides for imprisonment from three to eight years, or even more.
