Terekhov reported at least six strikes on Kharkiv overnight since midnight.
"As a result of a Russian UAV strike on a residential 9-story building in the Shevchenkivskyi district, 2 people were injured - they experienced an acute stress reaction," the State Emergency Service stated.
As a result of the explosion, the State Emergency Service reported, the outer wall of an apartment on the 9th floor was destroyed, window glazing, heating system elements, and 3 cars were damaged. Balconies in a neighboring building were also damaged.
Rescuers inspected the shelling site and the surrounding area. SES psychologists worked at the scene, providing necessary assistance to citizens.
The enemy attack continued already in the morning.
"The enemy attacked the city again with a combat drone - we are clarifying the details. There are still enemy UAVs in the air - be careful," Terekhov wrote on social media.

According to data from the head of the OVA Oleh Syniehubov, over the past day, Kharkiv and 13 settlements of the Kharkiv region were subjected to enemy strikes. As a result of the shelling, one person died, and four people were injured.
In Chuhuiv, in particular, according to the regional prosecutor's office, a Russian drone hit a multi-story building, injuring two women.
