Ukraine has received more than 150 million euros (6.5 billion UAH) to finance its own defense industry from Denmark, France and Lithuania. This is stated in the report of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, UNN reports.
For example, 111 million euros were allocated to implement agreements within the framework of cooperation between the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Ministry of Strategic Industries and the Ministry of Defense of Denmark to strengthen the Armed Forces with the latest domestic-made munitions.
29 million euros - a grant from the French government to strengthen Ukraine's security and defense.
Another EUR 10 million was allocated for the development of the Ukrainian defense industry in accordance with the Memorandum between the Lithuanian Ministry of National Defense, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Strategic Industries.
"These funds will be used, among other things, to produce missiles, deep-strike drones and artillery pieces," said Ukraine's Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and thanked the partners for their important support and contribution to strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities.
