If a citizen does not have an electronic referral to the Military Medical Commission accepted and is sent to the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC) to obtain a paper document, they should immediately contact the Ministry of Defense to resolve the issue, as this is a violation of the law. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chornohorenko on the air of the telethon, reports UNN.

According to Chornohorenko, the old Military Medical Commission system was accompanied by significant risks and bureaucratic complications. Therefore, the main processes have now been digitized to make this procedure convenient and transparent for Ukrainians. However, there are cases when not all institutions in the country are ready for digital reforms. A similar situation, according to the Deputy Minister of Defense, was observed when Ukraine introduced an electronic passport in Diia.
Such cases exist, we are constantly working on this, trying to react very quickly to user requests. This is a fairly classic picture for any large-scale digital reforms. The reform of the Military Medical Commission was introduced recently. We work with the TCC and the Military Medical Commission every day, explaining that such situations should not occur. Non-acceptance of an electronic referral is an absolute violation of the law. This should not be done, this document must be accepted," - the official noted.
In case a citizen does not have an electronic referral to the Military Medical Commission accepted, Chornohorenko strongly recommends immediately contacting the Ministry of Defense to resolve the situation.
To avoid such unpleasant situations when our institutions refuse to accept an electronic document on the ground, please immediately inform the Ministry of Defense or our social networks, or the support service, or contact our team in any way, and we will fix everything immediately. This should not be the case," - emphasized the Deputy Minister of Defense.
According to her, more than 40,000 Ukrainians have already generated electronic referrals for themselves, which demonstrates a fairly rapid pace of deployment of this functionality. With this referral, a citizen goes directly to the medical institution and undergoes a Military Medical Commission without visiting the TCC.
From April 1, the digital team of the Ministry of Defense completely reformed the accounting system for decisions on fitness and unfitness, and all of them are formed only digitally. This means that citizens no longer need to go to the TCC to enter the results of the Military Medical Commission. It will be automatically sent to the register and displayed in your Reserve+"

Earlier, UNN wrote that from now on, you can independently choose the place of passage of the Military Medical Commission, but not for everyone. Currently, this function is only available to those who plan to sign a contract for service in the ranks of the Armed Forces. Contractors can come to the Military Medical Commission not only at the place of registration, as before, but also independently choose the address of the medical institution. For example, undergo an examination in the area where they actually live, or at the base of the future military unit.
