When asked about electricity in Kharkiv and the region, what are the limits and schedules, Sinegubov said the following:
We have virtually no emergency outages. There are only scheduled outages
According to the head of the Kharkiv RMA, the goal was to ensure that there were no emergency power outages in the city, so that people understood how many hours they could be without electricity.
At the same time, there is still a shortage of electricity in the power grids, and repairs are underway to fully eliminate the consequences.
As for dates and figures, I will be very careful not to inform the occupier about our plans
The official also answered the question of whether electric transport in Kharkiv, as well as suburban and railroad services, are working.
As for electric transport, we consider it to be our critical infrastructure, as the city has more than a million people. Electric transport is currently in operation.
However, according to Sinegubov, it is not yet possible to launch individual routes, but "both the subway and city electric transport are operating in normal mode by 90%," summarized the head of Kharkiv RMA.
For reference
