Low water levels are observed in certain sections of small rivers in Ukraine. The situation may worsen in the absence of precipitation. This was announced by the Deputy Head of the Department of Hydrological Forecasts of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, Victoria Kornienko, at a briefing on Tuesday, reports the correspondent of UNN.
Details
"Currently, there is low water on certain sections of small rivers in Ukraine, but due to the absence of pronounced flooding on the rivers of Ukraine, we may face the fact that this process will only decrease, and the water content of rivers, unfortunately, will decrease, if there are no additional significant precipitations," she noted.
According to Kornienko, the situation on the rivers of Ukraine in the coming months will depend on the regime of precipitation.
