On December 12, the newly appointed Supervisory Board of Ukrenergo held its first meeting and elected a chairman and a deputy chairman. This was reported by the company's press service, according to UNN.

Details

Independent representative Jeppe Kofod became the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He was the Danish Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2019 to 2022.

His deputy was Anatoliy Hulei, a state representative who is a banking expert and former chairman of the board of Oschadbank (2007-2010).

The Supervisory Board has established the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, Investment and Strategy Committees and appointed their chairmen.

In total, the Supervisory Board of NPC Ukrenergo consists of 7 members: four independent members elected through a competitive process and three representatives of the state.
