"Unlike Victoria, all our land has always been and will remain Ukrainian," wrote Georgy Tikhyi, spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, in X.

In an interview with The Telegraph, American Congresswoman Victoria Spartz of the Republican Party, who is of Ukrainian origin, said: "I just don't see how they (Ukraine) can be in a position to demand to leave the land."
