The acceleration became possible due to amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers' Resolution No. 345 of February 25, 2015, introduced at a government meeting on November 21 this year on the initiative of the Minister of Defense.

As a result of these changes, it is expected that the process of delivery of new models of weapons and military equipment will be reduced to 20 days, although this period may vary depending on the quality and completeness of the 11]

Previously, in order for weapons or equipment to reach the Armed Forces of Ukraine manufacturers had to go through a procedure that consisted of six stages and could take for several months.
