The Ministry of Defense has announced smart mobilization in Ukraine. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Kateryna Chernogorenko in an interview with ArmyInform, UNN reports.
Smart mobilization is an opportunity to apply for mobilization in two clicks: "I want to become a drone operator," "I want to become an artilleryman," etc
She noted that defending the homeland is a constitutional duty of every citizen.
The recruiting approach is important here. Because when a person understands his or her entire route in the army and can control it by his or her own choice, the question of electronic summonses, the very fact of their existence, will disappear by itself. I believe that a person should be able to mobilize or sign a contract with a commander whom he or she trusts. This is targeted recruitment. A civilian analogy: when employers fight for the best students after graduation
Chernogorenko noted that the Armed Forces is currently the largest employer in the country.
And it can fight for the best people from civilian life. And then we will become even faster and more technologically advanced. By the way, the army is now quite saturated with civilian expertise, civilian habits, civilian culture
She noted that people from large companies serve in the army.
Yes, I have a military man in my team who returned from California, where he was building startups. He just got on a plane, returned to Ukraine, and mobilized to the 47th Brigade. And that was it. There is nothing more to say here. This is an example of how civilians enrich the army. And this enrichment must be "caught"
