"Yes, indeed, a temporary moratorium is in effect for 30 days, starting from March 18. It was on March 18 that the telephone conversation between the two presidents, Putin and Trump, took place. President Trump proposed to declare such a moratorium, and Putin agreed," said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, answering a question about the moratorium on strikes against Ukraine's energy system.
He added that Putin's order regarding the moratorium "is in effect and is being implemented by the Russian armed forces."
