The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved four candidates for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of the National Energy Company Ukrenergo. This is stated in the relevant government decree, reports UNN.

- Patrick Greichen, who worked for the Federal Ministry of environment in Germany.
- Luigi De Francisco, former top manager of the Italian energy company Terna.
- Eppe Kofoda, former MEP and former Danish Foreign Minister.

In September, the Ministry of energy of Ukraine started competitive selection for three positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of Ukrenergo. A professional consultant was involved in the selection process.
