In the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, law enforcement officers have served notices of suspicion to a Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) serviceman and a member of a voluntary formation of the territorial community. They are suspected of intentional light bodily harm caused to a veteran during a conflict that occurred in May of this year. This was reported by the Main Department of the National Police in the city of Kyiv, according to UNN.

The incident took place on May 21 in the capital's Shevchenkivskyi district. As established by law enforcement during the pre-trial investigation, in the evening on Stetsenko Street, a notification group from the Shevchenkivskyi District TRC and SS was conducting a check of citizens' military registration documents.
During the document check, a conflict regarding military service arose between the members of the notification group and the driver of a stopped vehicle.
During the altercation, one of the servicemen struck the driver several times with his hands, and a member of the voluntary formation used tear gas against the veteran. According to the forensic medical examination report, the injuries sustained by the victim in the form of bruising are categorized as light bodily harm
Inquiry officers of the Shevchenkivskyi Police Department, under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor's office, served notices of suspicion to a 35-year-old serviceman of the Shevchenkivskyi District TRC and SS in Kyiv and a 38-year-old member of a voluntary formation of the territorial community under Part 1 of Art. 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – intentional light bodily harm.
The pre-trial investigation in the case is currently ongoing.

A TRC official will stand trial for beating a 60-year-old man, whose arm was broken, and who was also subjected to pepper spray and a stun gun. The SBI has completed the investigation, and the case has been sent to court on the fact of inflicting injuries.
