It is noted that in , as part of ensuring the security of a particularly important protected facility, the Russian Guard units took additional measures to protect the Kursk nuclear power plant.
In addition, the Russian Guard, in cooperation with the Russian Ministry of Defense and the FSB Border Service, has increased its forces and means to effectively address the tasks of combating sabotage and reconnaissance groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Kursk and Belgorod regions.
The Russian Federation has also allocated additional forces to the operational headquarters under the leadership of the governor of the Kursk region.
It should be noted that there are currently no official comments from Ukraine on the situation in the Kursk region.
