The number of victims of Russia's massive strike on Ukraine has increased to 36. This was reported by the head of the OP Andriy Yermak, UNN reports.
"36 people were killed and 140 wounded as a result of today's Russian missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine," Yermak said.
