Under the procedural supervision of the Dnipropetrovs'k Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in the criminal proceedings over violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The prosecutor's office notes that on the evening of March 12, the Russian military launched a missile attack on Kryvyi Rih, which damaged two high-rise buildings.
Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko reportedthat the strike killed three people and injured 38 others.
There are children who have been injured. However, these figures are not final, as search and rescue operations are ongoing. The State Emergency Service, police, and concerned residents are rescuing trapped people from their apartments and continuing to search for those who may be under the rubble. 4 people have already been rescued.
