During the day, on March 14, 68 combat engagements were recorded, and the enemy launched 14 missile and 103 air strikes, fired 45 missile attacks from multiple launch rocket systems at the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements. It is noted that as a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are wounded among the civilian population. Multi-storey and private buildings, as well as other infrastructure facilities, were destroyed and damaged.
In the Volyn and Polissya sectors , the operational situation remained unchanged. No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected.
On the Siversky and Slobozhansky directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts sabotage and reconnaissance activities, shells settlements from the territory of the Russian Federation, and increases the density of minefields along the state border of Ukraine.
The enemy carried out air strikes near the settlements of Oleksandrivka, Ponomarenky, Romankove, Velyka Pysarivka, Popivka in Sumy region; Liptsi, Borshchova, Vilcha in Kharkiv region. About 30 settlements were subjected to artillery and mortar attacks, including Hirsk, Kostobobriv, Khrinivka in Chernihiv region; Seredyna-Buda, Krasnopillia, Zapsil in Sumy region; Veterynne, Borysivka, Ambarne, Strilecha in Kharkiv region
In the Kupyansk sector, the enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) actions. More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Sinkivka, Ivanivka, and Berestove in the Kharkiv region.
In the Liman sector, our troops repelled 16 enemy attacks near Terny, Yampolivka, Rozdolivka in Donetsk region and Bilohorivka in Luhansk region, where the enemy, supported by aviation, tried to break through the defense of our troops.
Artillery and mortar shelling affected more than 20 localities, including Bilohorivka in Luhansk region; Terny, Spirne, Dvorichna in Donetsk region.
In the Bakhmut sector, Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled five enemy attacks in the areas of Bohdanivka Ivanivka and Klishchiyivka in Donetsk region, where the enemy was trying to improve its tactical position.
The enemy carried out air strikes near the town of New York in Donetsk region. About 10 localities came under artillery and mortar fire, including Bohdanivka, Vasyukivka and Chasiv Yar in Donetsk region.
In the Avdiivka sector, Ukrainian troops repelled 18 enemy attacks in the areas of Berdychi, Orlivka, Tonenke, Pervomaiske and Vodiane in Donetsk region.
The enemy conducted air strikes in the areas of Berdychi, Keramik, Novobakhmutivka, Novokalynove, Progress, Semenivka, and Zhelanne in Donetsk region. About 25 localities came under artillery and mortar fire, including Oleksandropil, Keramik, Novobakhmutivka, Semenivka in Donetsk region
In the Novopavlivka sector Ukrainian defense forces continue to hold back the enemy in the areas of Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka and Novomykhailivka in Donetsk region, where the enemy, supported by aviation, tried to break through the defense of our troops 18 times.
The enemy also conducted air strikes near the settlements of Kostyantynivka and Urozhayne in Donetsk region. About 20 settlements, including Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Paraskoviivka, Vuhledar in Donetsk region, came under artillery and mortar fire from the occupiers.
In the Orikhiv sector, the enemy, with the support of aviation, attacked the positions of our defenders 6 times near Staromayorske, Donetsk region, Robotyne and west of Verbove, Zaporizhzhia region.
The enemy also carried out air strikes near the settlements of Vilne Pole, Storozheve, Staromayorske in Donetsk region and Malynivka in Zaporizhzhia region. About 20 localities came under artillery and mortar fire, including Poltavka, Rivne, Charivne, and Orikhiv in Zaporizhzhia region.
In the area of responsibility of the Odesa Joint Forces Operation Center in the Kherson sector, the enemy made an unsuccessful attempt to storm the positions of our troops during the day. About 20 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Lvov, Ivanivka, Sadove, Olhivka, Mykolaivka in the Kherson region.
Over the course of the day, the aviation of the Defense Forces struck at 4 areas of concentration of enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment
