Russian propaganda is actively spreading a fake claim that the technology of Patriot systems transferred to Ukraine could end up on the "black market." The narrative promoted most actively was the purported fear in the United States that the Patriot technology transferred to Ukraine could end up on the "black market" — the Center for Strategic Communications recorded around 200 publications.
